I cannot believe I have overlooked this place for so many years. I had a fantastic salesman greet us and show us around. He listened well and didn't try to push us into something we didn't need. We wound up furnishing most of our new home here and have no regrets. We will be back next time we need furniture.

Ferguson’s gave us excellent service!! We had a defective chair and they were so nice to replace it! Because of their service, we bought a bed from them!The delivery team of Brady and Mike are very professional. They called to let us know they were on their way, took great care with the products they delivered, were very careful moving things around our house, and were very friendly.I appreciate Ferguson’s sales people, the people who set up appointments and the delivery team.We will do busy with Ferguson’s again!

I want to say that just yesterday evening I went in the store AT CLOSING TIME (long story) and the guy working went above and beyond to help us. He stayed 30 minutes late to help us find a mattress for my daughter. We didn't feel rushed...and got a great price! I felt so bad keeping him late, but he never acted bothered by it and was more than happy to stay for us. Thank you so much for your help!!!! My daughter loves her mattress! WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!

I needed two pieces of furniture during the heart of the pandemic and didn't want to shop in store. A saleswoman called me, listened to what I was looking for, took pictures and sent them to me. She stayed in my price range and found exactly what I needed. We completed the transaction over the phone and we picked up the furniture and it was placed directly in our vehicle.When looking for living room furniture and a mattress for my son who was moving 2 hours away, I tried local stores thinking it would be easier. The sales people in the other town were not helpful at all and didn't want to be bothered. I called the saleswoman at Ferguson's and she helped me out. we purchased living room furniture and a mattress set from them again. They loaded my furniture into my uhaul and we transported it 2 hours. Customer service is well worth the drive to Benton! Will buy from them again!
